Have you been waiting for your Hogwarts letter?
I know that I have! Ever since I was a kid and read Harry Potter for the first time, I have wanted to jump back into the world, hoping with my little heart that the Wizarding World was real! I would dream of having a wand, being in a creepy forest, fighting the bad guys and flying on a broom! I would get lost in those pages and later in the audio books and movies! But alas, it would always come to an end and I would end back up in the real world….*sigh*
Well, Many of us want that experience back and to share it with our kids. So wither you are reading this for the 100th time or the first, we want you to come along the Hogwarts express and join us in a Harry Potter Read-Along!
How are we doing this? We will be reading 1 Harry Potter book a month. There will be designated chapters each with with questions that pertain to what you read. You can interact with us here in the comments or over on our Discord. We have lots of discussions happening now! We will do a weekly wrap-up and then a book wrap up at the end of the month before jumping into the next book.
Come join us! The nostalgia is high and the conversations are riveting! Who knows, maybe you will find that you aren’t even a muggle at all…..*wink*
*Side note: You may not have gotten your letter because Voldemort destroyed the ministry of magic. Our letters probably got lost somewhere in transit. And we would be going to the American school, but still…..*
